Your data rights
You can ask us to delete, correct or send you a copy of your personal data, or to stop contacting you. You do not need to log in.
What you can ask for
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Delete your data: remove your personal details from our records.
- Correct your data: fix or update details that are wrong or out of date.
- Get a copy of your data: see what personal data we hold about you.
- Stop contacting you: withdraw your consent, and we stop calls, messages and emails about our courses.
Make a request
Or email grievance@befinanciallyliterate.in with your name, the email or phone number you used with us, and what you would like us to do.
What happens next
- Before we act on a request, we confirm it is really you, by email or phone, using the email address or phone number you gave us.
- We respond to every request within 15 days.
- When your request is done, we send you a confirmation.
- Even after we delete your data, we keep invoices and payment records for as long as Indian tax law requires.
